At Relationships Australia - NT, we believe when workplaces prioritise wellbeing, everyone benefits. During NT Mental Health Week, we offered our valued EAP partners, a special opportunity: a complimentary workplace wellbeing workshop delivered by our Organisational Wellbeing team. These sessions are one of our most popular offerings and a meaningful way to show staff mental health matters. Thank you Carpentaria for having us deliver an Introduction to Workplace Wellbeing workshop with your staff.
Last week Relationships Australia Northern Territory delivered an Introduction to Workplace Wellbeing session for our staff. Team members from across Carpentaria's programs came together to reflect on the meaning of wellbeing, why it's essential to nurture, practical ways to notice when their own wellbeing might be declining and what steps to take in response. Fostering a supportive workplace culture that promotes wellbeing and work/life balance ensures our staff are well equipped to be their best selves, and to support people with disability to live their best life, too.
