At Glenmeadow, we undertook a multi-phased renovation of community spaces, blending aesthetic improvements with strategic upgrades to elevate the overall living experience for residents. The most recent phase focused on revitalizing key interior spaces to foster community and connection. Inviting spaces now encourage residents to gather for activities, share meals, and spend time with each other. A new sunlit pool and fitness center further enhance daily life, offering opportunities for swimming, exercise, and wellness programs in a light-filled space that feels closely tied to nature. Designing student housing doesn’t end on opening day. We actively seek feedback from the students who live in the spaces we design, using Post-Occupancy Evaluations (POE) to understand what’s working, what can be improved, and how design impacts daily life.
